JJS, together with the stager, Rivertownstaging, enabled us to get five offers at or above asking the day after the open house. In less than a week, we had an agreement for a little under 10% over asking. We could not have asked for better work.
Description of Work: Jonathan's crew did painting. drywall repair, bathroom remodel, light fixture change out, and masonry.

 + 0 moreJen and her staff were helpful, prompt, courteous and conscientious. Prices were quite reasonable.
Description of Work: Replaced and reset all door knobs, hinges and locks on doors. Refinished oak around skylight windows and on circular staircase and handrails. Reset rail pop and refinished wall of skylight chase. Glued separating formica in cabinets. Installed molding on stairs.
