I've seen his business cards at Windorama for years so thought he'd be a good choice to install two screen doors. I was wrong. A piece fell off the next day, water leaks inside and I can see daylight around the edges. He also lost parts for an awning he tried to install. Now he ignores my calls, texts and refuses to fix the issues. Very disappointed and frustrated.

It was inconvenient for him to do it wheel we were here. We allowed him to do it while we were gone and that ended up being a mistake. The lock was not what we had ordered or expected. He installed the incorrect door hardware, which means he put an unnecessary hole in the door. We got he correct lock and he had to cover up the incorrect lock with a metal plate. It now sticks and you have to keep readjusting. I am not pleased with the overall job. It turned out to be more complicated than he anticipated. He felt like he was doing more work that he charged us for. Their was some extra work that he planned on doing but he didn't because it took more time than he thought. I was so frustrated with the whole thing that I didn't trust him to paint it. As I recall, we ordered the door so it took sometime for it to install. I think we had to wait a long time to get him back to install it.

I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS. I SAW SOMETHING AND HE TRIED TO CORRECT IT. HE REALLY TRIED TO PLEASE ME. EVERYTHING WAS VERY GOOD. WHEN HE SAID HE WAS GOING TO COME OUT, HE CAME.
