Their estimate was cheaper than the others that we got. I think they were fairly priced for the amount of work that they did. They came out when they said they would, and did a great job. They were very friendly and their workmanship was excellent. They are some of the best contractors that we have worked with. Sometimes it's hard to get them because they're busy. When they say they're going to come on a certain day they always do. They also call and answer questions. They are very good.

He only does windows. It was a big job. He comes with two men and they have huge ladders. He not only washes the 52 windows from the inside and out and he washes the storm windows from the inside and out. Every casement window has eight sides because there are two windows for each window. They do it very well. His pricing is fair, but other people wanted more and he does have three people. We use them once a year. He does fine work. They come when they are supposed to. It takes them all day, but in the end it is worth it. I haven't checked much for the price and maybe folks would do it for less. I have no other issues with anything he did. I thought he was excellent.
