Daniel and his team (Ricardo and Miguel) are awesome. The knowledge and thoughtfulness of each feature, the combination of design elements and finishing touches is exceptional. And patience. We ask lots of questions and ask for an adjustment here or there and every time it was done with a smile and not a problem. Talking through the practicality, functionality and aesthetics of each feature how they work together and listening to recommendations from Daniel made a big difference in the final outcome. From cabinet size, to vanity, to mirror placement, shower niche size and location, to custom board and baton height and finish. His knowledge and his teams execution are a great combination. We look forward to working with Monterroso again and have recommended them to others.

Monterosso Design and Improvement by far was the best contractors we have ever hired. Daniel was great to deal with and on top of everything. They cleaned up every day when they left. Workmanship was excellent and lead guy Ricardo made sure we were always happy. I canâ t say enough good things about this company. We would definitely hire them again! After meeting with several contractors and painters and being disappointed in demeanor and pricing, the moment we met with Daniel, we knew he was the perfect man for the job. Daniel is honest, patient, and meticulous with his work. He was able to completely gut and remodel our small bathroom and make it look ginormous. He handled re-wiring of electric and fixed 100 year old plumbing. He also evened out all the walls in our home, completely patched up any holes and imperfections and did a full top to bottom Paint job each day his crew covered and uncovered our belongings and furniture, swept and mopped our floors even after we had told him it was not necessary since we were not staying in the home while work was being done. We could not be more happier with Daniel Monterosso and his team. We will be referring him to everyone and will only use him for any remodeling jobs, big or small.

I have worked in the commercial construction management business for 10+ years and after having Dan and the crew from Monterroso at our home I can truly say that they are among the best in the business. Monterroso is as close to an easy button for home remodeling projects as it gets. From providing an accurate estimate quickly, to on time professional crews, to immaculate daily clean up of the work areas, to actively communicating throughout the project to ensure it turned out exactly as expected, it is abundantly clear that they understand the challenges of working in someone's home while they are living in it and have a tried and true process for making it as minimally impactful to daily life as possible. We have already hired Dan and his crew to tackle our next project and will definitely have them on speed dial for any future work.

Daniel Monterroso and his team did an awesome job on the major remodel of my bathroom. It was a complex job of a full bathroom remodel, including busting out walls, reconfiguring plumbing and electrical, and reinstalling tub, shower, toilet, vanity, cabinets, a new door, and floor and wall tiling. Daniel was super-attentive to my aims for the new bathroom, offering key guidance on design issues and functional requirements. He and his team always showed up on time and completed the job on schedule. Daniel is extraordinarily professional, attentive, and knowledgeable. Hands down my best experience EVER with a contractor -- and I have lots of history dealing with contractors. He's my go-to for any future projects..

They turned an absolute disaster area into a beautiful usable basement. In record time. Never had to ask twice for anything. Always showed up timely. Beautiful craftsmanship. I can't say enough how great the entire crew and management were. Will definitely use them again for my next project

Dan and his team did such excellent work for us! Built closets, increased closet height, installed new LVT flooring, installed 5.25" baseboard and shoe molding, updated master bath, installed shelving and painted garage, painted entire 1900 Sq ft. Condo, stripped, sanded, stained hand railings, installed new hand railings. Installed beautiful decorative fireplace, crown molding and more! Great work ethic, no corner cutting, great communication. Reasonably priced. Absolutely recommend Dan and his team!

Daniel and his company are true professionals . They are very thorough and do high quality work. They all were so pleasant to work with and did a wonderful job changed a light fixture, repaired a stair case, painted crown molding and floor trim. They always cleaned up at the end of the day...you would never know they were here except for the paint smell...wish I could post pictures to show their work , would definitely use them again !!

I Agree with all the other 5-star reviews. Daniel and Company is very professional. Daniel is a gentleman. Their painting work was of very high quality. By this I mean nice and neat and good at *cutting in* from the transition of the main color gray to the white trim work around the windows, doors and soffit. Happy we chose them. HomeAdvisor does not seem to let you attach photos which is too bad because a picture speaks a thousand words. Sam and John C.
