I signed three separate contracts for three separate jobs in May 2022. The roof was not done until October of that year and it was only after my insurance company said they would cancel my homeowners insurance if it was not completed. The porch work was done in October and by Spring most of the paint on the porch floor and steps had peeled off. The workers never scraped, or power washed the wood prior to painting. When I presented pictures to Ralph he stated he would correct the problem. I also signed a contract to replace seven windows and nine pair of shutters. This work still has not been done (3 years later) and I have sent multiple emails and text messages.

This "veteran" represented himself as an experienced builder who could rebuild our home after a fire that destroyed our house. We did a due dillegence search of him and his business, and appeared to be reputable. A contract was signed, and We did all of the prep of gutting our other building on the property, paid him more than 75% of the agreed upon price. The work that was completed was shoddy and not up to code (have pictures as evidence), a crew that smoked weed while working, left their used spit bottles in walls, garbage laying around, did not deliver materials that we were charged for (however they were included in the invoices), left our building exposed to the elements for months after they disappeared. Was told multiple days they would be there next day, refused to give a refund, even after we hired a lawyer. We took him and his business to court to get a refund, not a penny of the $100k+ has been recived 2 years later from our settlement. DO NOT HIRE

Ralph is a great guy and very responsive to any questions you have. I will be using his company again.

Tore off roof and replaced it in record time. Very good work. Extra work was to compliment the roof and without charge. The price was extremely reasonable. I recommend him for decks, room additions. 5 Stars in these areas.

I've used him for maintenance of American legion m home and family members homes and they would all be 5. He's prompt, always on time but he cleaned up the mess every night.

Ralph and his crew do excellent work! Ralph is very good at taking a project idea through planning, changes, additions, etc., to the final result. He and his crew are dependable and faithful in their work!
