Primary Care - Family Medicine
This used to be a good family practice and my family and I were seen there for over 10 years. But since one of the original main practitioners is no longer working there the quality of care has diminished severely. Over the last 5 years they have had a lot of turnover in their nurse practitioners. Every 6 months we would see someone new and the last one I saw there was beyond rude when I came in for a routine follow-up and brought 3 specific questions with me. After he yelled at me he ordered a "Hemophilia Panel" (a non-existent lab test) instead of referring me to a hematologist. I requested to never have to see him again and that limited any available appointment times severely. Since some of the prior NP's had prescribed ineffective medications for treatment and caused extended recovery times we switched to a different to a different family care practice.
