Here is my problem, he tried to inflate the price of the job, he didn't dig more, nor did he wait for the inspector to check, probably because he knew that the inspector would uncover his shady behavior. The inspector arrived and advised me of the MANY options I had in order to deal with the unstable soil. After much research, I found that for $20k, I can get a basement twice the size!

forcing me to which is b*******. I told him I asked him to my house for a free estimate and opinion. He is a snake. Met his kind many times. Just wants to make a simple job into a complicated one and get the most money. A total jerk.

We had met Wayne on a Home Show here in Buffalo and we contacted him that way. We liked him and we went with him. He was very reliable and did a very good job.
