There were other incidents like money owed me and an unreturned item I lent the "president"! She refused to take any of my phone calls or answer my e-mails, very professional. Yet, she thought it best to call a friend of mine, complain and lie to her about me. I've been in the shop several times when the "president" was bullying one of her employees to the point of tears in front of anyone who was in the shop. I was nearly hit one time when she got mad and throw a stapler at someone. I purchased software from them and no one local knows how to train you on it, so you end up waiting and paying a lot more money (like over $200 each seminar) for someone to come from out of town to put on these training classes and part of that time is use trying to sell you something else instead of teaching the software you already have. It is NEVER the "president's" fault for anything! The DRAMA in this shop at times is unbearable! Don't be fooled!

i was advised the time would be one week, maximum 10 days to service. After two weeks I called and was advised it would be another week. As this was just short of Labor Day I called today and was advised now that they needed another week to complete this work. It was obvious they had not even looked at the sewing machine. They are Singer authorized service representatives. I went to pick this up and obtain my deposit back having lost all confidence in the firm. This now was 80 miles of total driving distance to make two trips and still not have the machine serviced. I di not bother to tell her that as she showed little interest. My cost for that alone is $40.00 at current costs to buy gas and service autos. Begrudgingly the owner ? manager ? threw (yes, really threw) the $25 deposit I gave to her back upon whih I advised her that she or the company had lied to me just one time too many. With that she led me to the door and told me "she would get even with me." Really she said that!
