Initially, due to the busy season they had scheduled our appointment a couple of weeks out, but they were able to fit me in just in time for week 1 of the Sunday Ticket (big plus). On installation day, their technician, Bruce, was on-time (huge difference from the cable company installers), and began by walking through the installation details, dish placement, and addressing all concerns that we had. His professionalism, knowledge, and work overall were all outstanding. Overall, Satellite Solutions delivered on their promise of a hassle-free, and thoroughly satisfying installation experience. I will be recommending them to anyone I come across that is considering a DirecTV installation. Oh, and did I mention that this is all free?! There is NO NEED to call DirecTV directly (no pun intended). Satellite Solutions was able to give me the exact same discounts and free multi-room installation and equipment. I got the satisfaction of an excellent installation experience and supporting a local company to boot. Win-win!
