Scheduled Pool Opening.  Added 4 gallons chlorine and two bottles of clarifier (left botttles laying around the yard), made no attempt to correct water level (water was/is right to the top of the inground pool after a long winter so the skimmer can't function), made no attempt to vaccum or skim the surface the pool, or brush sides.  I took the loop lock safty cover off for them the morning of.  Overall, not pleased with the lack of service.  I will seek another pool service provider in the future.

The technician arrived and told my husband that it would be an additional $500 for the intallation and we were quoted $200 for the installation.  The technician left so my husband went to the Transit Road store to complain.  They told him that they would honor the $200 intallation fee and the the technician would return later in the week to complete the insallation. 
The pool heater was intalled, but the technician didn't run it to make sure that it was working.  When we went to turn it on it didn't work, so we called Majestic.  A couple of days later a technician arrived and told us that the circuit board was bad and needed to be replaced and that he would be back the next day.  The next day a technician arrived and told us that we need to call an electrician because there is a problem with the power out to the pool.  I called Majestic and they told me that it is not their problem and that they are not electricians.  I questioned why this was not noticed during the installation and I could not get an answer.  The attitude of the person on the phone was rude.  We paid them and we still do not have a working pool heater.  NEVER AGAIN will we deal with Majestic Pools for service.

We bought our pool from Majestic 22 years ago, they did a great job, when the father was in charge. We stopped having them do the openings 5 years ago when they dumped the winter debris in the pool and left the other stuff on the grass around the pool.  I still went to the Walden store to buy filters for the pool until 3 years ago.  The son told me they couldn't get them for me any more because not many people have those filters any more.  What did he think I was going to do replace  a perfectly good filter, I went on line, found the filter I needed and bought it at almost half the price.  Ever since the father retired the quality of the work, the willingness to help people has declined greatly.  What used to be a great store with great service  not any more.  I will give the Transit rd store and A+ for spa supplies and help.  We get our hot tub supplies there, staff very helpful. They go out of their way to help you and if they have order something no problem.  To bad the Walden pool store is bringing them down.

I called to get an estimate for a pool liner. They took down my information and said someone would contact me to set up a visit to measure the pool. After 3 days of not hearing from anyone, I wrote them off and got other quotes. Over two weeks later I come home to find a card on my door saying they stopped by and wanted to know if I was still interested in a quote, when the gate would be open and dog put away. Poor professionalism and responsiveness!

I was completely satisfied with Majestic from beginning to end. They were very clear on the price of the pool and what was included and the cost of possible upgrades and if it was worth it or not. They did an excellent job putting the pool in. I was shocked at how neat they left my yard when they were finished. The workers were polite and helpful when answering any questions that I had. They are very helpful when calling with questions too. They have opened and closed my pool also. No problems so far. I like that they will test your pool water for free and give you a print out of the levels and what (if anything) you need (chemicals.) I would recommend them to a friend.

Majestic Pools did a great job, and they were very clear about the pricing before they started. I was pleased with how courteous they were to my belongings and me. They also cleaned up their mess before they left.
