About us
Majestic Pools has been building inground pools for over forty years. We are the largest inground pool builder in Western New York, with over 5,000 pools built. We own our own 70,000 square foot facility, 0n eight acres with two full-size indoor pools, warehouses, store, and a service area strictly for pools and related equipment. We have been at this location for 40 years. Pools, spas and related equipment is our only business. Over 75% of our pools are built in five days or less. We have over 100 pieces of equipment and trucks that are geared for efficient installations and service. This is more than all other inground companies in Western New York, combined. We have free computerized water analysis. The majority of our materials are made in the United States. We stock everything listed in our brochures. We have the largest inventory in Western New York. Majestic Pools is a Factory Authorized Service Center for almost all of the products that we carry.

I asked him to consider in the contract to open the pool since they would be tearing out the liner. The two men that opened the pool caused nothing but havoc. The left my yard filled with garbage. and pool supplies . When I called to complain Majestic said thats what they do.
They never clean the pipes ans things involved, I don't have all the technical lingo. It later on caused more problem and we had to get a new heater. They never backwashed air was not getting trough and another plumber had to be called. I do have picturesnof this mess.
The men that installed the liner were very good and did a good job.
The end result was that they treated us with disrespect and I would not recommend them to anyone. They wanted us to accept
work that was poorly done and the owners would not call us back during this ordeal.
Thank you for this opportunity to express myself and still hope for better times. I just feel if you can't be curtious when your spending $5000.00
