For brevity's sake, will not go through everything they messed up, but will keep it short. They had to re-do the patio multiple times, with the "final product" not even close to being acceptable. Left my yard a mess, which I had to clean up. Could not have been less pleased.

Went really well! The completed work was really well done, the price was fair and both Eric and Tom were great to work with. Very punctual, kept in communication and finished the job quickly. The crew was great too- everyone was really nice.

In June 2016 , the ground was reseeded; however, only very large weeds grew - no grass. I contacted Tom Gorski in July and he said that the topsoil was bad and needed to be replaced. However, after contacting him several times later that summer with no action taken on his part, I finally contacted our BBB in October, and he personally come to reseed the area. (The topsoil was not replaced; he said the problem was actually the heat and drought conditions we experienced that summer which he had no control over.) The pad for our shed was dug out and filled in with crusher run which he assured me would last years. However, the pad was put in lower than the surrounding ground level and now, when it rains, the stone is under water on three sides. The shed itself is not in water as it was placed on a base over the stone. Unfortunately, because of the stone being under water, it is difficult to get lawn equipment into and out of the shed. I contacted Tom Gorski in May 2017 to see what could be done to fix the problem, and he blamed the water pooling on the shed we had put up. He did not stop by as I requested to check the sub-base or offer any suggestions to resolve my problem. My last contact with him was on June 4, 2017.

Originally I thought him and his crew did a good job but a year later I realized that he had installed the wrong plants. In the front yard he was contracted to install two Wines & Rose Wegela, instead he installed two Summer Wine Nine Bark. Very similar in color and leaf shape but grows very differently. Then along the side of the house I contracted him to install ten Hostas in a two foot by thirty foot long shallow bed. I requested two different types of Hostas alternated in a single row. He planted one of the Hostas that I requested but substituted the other with one that seemed OK at the time so I gave him my blessing. Little did I know that a year later the other substituted Hosta would out grow the space that it was planted in. I went to a garden nursery and found out that it was a species of Hosta that would grow to six feet around when mature. When I called him to tell him about the mistakes he made an appointment to come down and take a look. He never showed. I called him back and asked him what happened, he told me he was too busy that day and he would reschedule our appointment. OK, so on the day of our newly scheduled appointment I waited for him, and He Never Showed. I called him back and after one ring it went to voicemail. I left a message telling him how disappointed I was that he was a no show and the time that I wasted waiting for him. He never returned my call. So I had to spend hundreds of dollars to fix the mistakes that he made. Never will hire or recommend his services again.
