DECKS UNLIMITED CONSTRUCTION

We hired Decks Unlimited to complete a new deck as well as to remove a window and install a sliding door in its place. From the beginning there were a few small imperfections we asked to be fixed. Two of them were fixed and the rest were ignored. In addition, our sliding door leaked during rainstorms and has needed to be resealed twice. On top of that, our sliding patio door did not come with a screen door. After verifying with the company that it should have, we waited 2 months for the company to come back and install the missing screen door. Unfortunately the aftermarket door does not work with our sliding door, so the installers left us with a door that doesn’t close tightly nor does it slide on the track correctly. It was really half installed and has now fallen off the “track” entirely since it was never installed properly. The installers left without having any contact that day. I have made numerous attempts to contact the company via email and phone calls and have been completely ghosted by them. After posting this review on their Facebook page, they then proceeded to block me.

Decks Unlimited was very neat and respectful of our home. I would defiantly use them in the future and  recommend them  to friends and family!!
