Darren Campbell

Darren called several days ahead of time to verify the timing and the exact work that needed to be done regarding the flooring. He also picked up the flooring tiles at Pro Source (a very reasonable and professional establishment in Cheektowaga) when it arrived from the central warehouse. He and his assistant, David, were very prompt and once again had a brief consultation with me regarding all work that needed to be accomplished. He was very pleasant and knew anything and everything about installing floors. Their work was very methodical, neat, and the overall job was the best ever. On thing I noted was that they both worked together extremely well. They were very accommodating by helping with using sliders propelled by air flow. I mention this due to the fact that I have had other experiences (especially big companies) in which things were at times tense. But, I felt so comfortable with these two in everything they did and said. In summation, I highly recommend Darren Campbell to anyone who wants any type of flooring installed in their house or company. The cleanup was immaculate, especially after the grouting job they did. Darren furthermore left the remaining grout with me in case I needed to touch up where air bubbles might arise (this is normal with grouting). May I add that he even returned the fiollowing week to make sure all was well. He personally took more grouting to touch up areas he felt needed it. These guys are the best and so professional!
