The job is still not completed. Half of the products have to be replaced because they're defective. I purchased the windows and doors from Lowes and they hired Buck Contracting to do the job. Their crew is terrible. In fact, Lowes is sending out a different crew to finish the job. Even their installation supervisor came out and said, "This is horrible. We have to send out a different crew." The sliding glass door and the window is defective from the factory. For some reason, one of them went ahead and installed the defective product. So I called the store and told them to send me out some new ones. His level is completely out far. I go around the doors and the lock does not work on one of the doors, one of windows. I once told him that his molding are crooked and he tried to walk off the job. I've got a big hole in my wall.
Description of Work: I'm using Buck Contracting to install 2 sliding patio doors, a picture window and an up and down window for me.
