Eye Care - Optometry
Terrible service, did not confirm insurance, would not take insurance even though other locations would, and refused to provide my prescription to take it elsewhere. Wanted me to go 10 days without glasses of any kind. Their only solution was for me to buy two pairs of glasses when I only needed one. They have no lab, so they have to send out all glasses. I ended up having to pay for the eye exam since they did not check my insurance ahead of time, but then they wouldn't give me the prescription from the eye exam so that I could take it to somewhere that did take my insurance. They completely refused to give it to me.
