Tim was excellent and very punctual to work with. Had a crew that worked diligently all day long, from one job to the next, and always kept me informed about any delays they came across, so that I was able to properly notify tenants. He was kind enough to do an additional walkway or two for free as well. I'd highly recommend him.

I had a lot of moss growth and algae stains on my roof. I'd read that the moss can damage the shingles and should be removed. I emailed via the link on Angie's list, and got a response the next day. A day after that I got an estimate for the work left at my front door. Scheduled the work a week later. I originally thought the price was a bit high (459 + tax), since it was only for the front of the house and the garage, but it came out much better than I expected and was worth the money. It looks like I got a new roof. All the moss was gone, as were the stains which make the roof look bad. I plan to have the annual treatment which is supposed to keep re-growth, and costs about 1/3rd of the total price for the initial treatment.
