The work was satisfactory and completed before the promised date. I purchased my bike from them several years ago and have been very happy with the bike and the service at Mad Dog. I have found them to be knowledgeable, reliable and courteous and will continue to do business with them.

These guys were very quick in fixing a flat tire for me during summer which is the busy time of the year for bike shops. The work was great and the guy at the desk offered some good maintenance advice. I had heard good things about them and was quite satisfied overall.

Owner help unload bike from my truck for repair. Once repair completed (the next day) he loaded the bike back into my truck. Pricing was very reasonable. Owner was very polite and efficient.

Price was right work was first rate and and my husband loves traversing the city on his bike. I have also purchased a Jamis Commuter 4 (which I rode to work for two years), and two beach cruisers at Mad Dog. Even though they have primo racing bikes too, you never get talked down to at Mad Dog, I have always gotten the best bike for what I need without getting oversold. We have been more than satisfied with all four purchases over the years and only buy from Mad Dog - not a small issue since we live six hours south of Del Mar!
