They did a great job. Price was reasonable. They worked quickly and efficiently and finished the job in one day. I would recommend them to anyone.

Rob and Chris were wonderful. When the arrived on the job site, the general contractor had instructed people to cut wires to continue working on framing. Rob had to completely retrace the wiring before he could begin the work for the addition and new kitchen. He was always patient and answered all of our questions thoroughly. He was very knowledgable. Our general contractor did not coordinate the work well and had estimated things well under the actual cost, which was not the fault of Labbie Electrical Contractors. In addition, when our general contractor made mistakes in billing that they didn't recognize, Rob intervened on our behalf (he had to explain to them where they had double-billed us for an electrical service). While I would not hire that general contractor again, we will definitely call upon Rob at Labbie for any future electrical work.

He said it would take him half a day and was done in 2 hours. He was very clean and professional. He was also personable and made me feel comfortable.

It went fairly well. On Nov 6, 2012, I paid $6500 deposit. He ordered generator. Did not hear from him for weeks. I called several times and we finally settled on Dec 20,as an installation date. They did a good job but were unable to hook up the 3 AC units at that time. Rob said he would return in a few weeks (weather permitting) to finish the job. I paid him an additional $4000. He did deduct $2000 until the installation was complete.
When we were discussing the installation, Rob said the generator would sit on a crushed stone dust type base. He placed it on a wooden (pressure treated base). Is this a good thing for Albany winters? I thought it was temporary but we have never been able to discuss it as he has never answered my calls.
Rob is a nice man and did a good but incomplete job. He may want to get an assistant to help with his calls. He should keep clients informed when he takes deposits and orders appliances as to delivery times.

They come several times for some electrical works. He is not the cheapest, but he is reasonable. There is one thing about him is that he returns the calls. The work he does is very precise and high quality. He gives suggestions, like we desired for outdoor lighting that we could easily turn on and off. He advised timers and the wiring to go into it. He suggested how it works during day and night and depends on seasons, which was completely automatic. I had issues with bundles of wires here and there and he took care f them all. He is honest and when I referred him to a friend she liked him too.

The work was completed on time, as promised and at the negotiated cost. I can't remember exactly how much I spent (I had a bunch of work done around that time but I remember it being very reasonable). Work was done professionally. Rob and his crew made sure that I was happy with the work and were extra careful to clean up after themselves. Job well done. Would hire them again.

Nicely done with an outdoor plug installed that the generator plugs into with a reinforced cable. The transfer switch allows for the selection of circuits one wants powered during a blackout. This is necessary if the generator is of smaller wattage and is unable to power the entire home circuitry.

The job went perfectly from start to finish. We used them several years ago, so the details aren't fresh.

I thought their prices were very fair. The serviceman came out the next day after I called them. The serviceman also did a great job repairing the lights. He was very friendly and professional.
