King Brothers Building & Remodeling

This is our third project with King Brothers since 2008, and once again we are thrilled with the final outcome.  The quality of the work and the day-to-day methodical process of the construction of the project  was evident throughout.  Our 50-year old bathroom was worn, outdated and to say the least very unattractive.  King Builders' recommended plumbing, fixture vendors, flooring and bath tile companies who were all great to work with.   The finished bathroom has beautiful cabinetry with double sinks and soapstone top, an exquisite  bath/shower area, an attractive half-wall partially concealing the toilet, complementary mirrors and light fixtures and a new window  -- it is just a beautiful transformation.  We wholeheartedly recommend King Brothers.  They will not disappoint.

We hired the King Bros. to perform some major renovations on our home last year and they were very easy to work with.  They were professional, friendly, timely, and the work was outstanding.  We recommend them to anyone who needs work done from minor to major renovations.

King Brothers were great.  We had used them about 10 years ago to put a new 'great room' and master suite in our house.  That experience was so positive we made sure King was involved in bidding this new project and we were equaly impressed.  Here's why:

We could not have had a better experience with a builder than with King Brothers.    From day one of meeting Kirt King, we had the confidence that we had come across an exceptional person of character,  strong work ethic, honesty and high standards of quality.    When we checked references, there were just no complaints from any of the seven people we called, and two people actually invited us over to see their homes and so we saw firsthand the quality of the work.  The kitchen is as stunning today as it was in 2008 when it was completed.   Our master bathroom, completed in 2010, is beautiful as well as functional.   All workers and subcontractors were polite,  focused on the work at hand and left the work site each day neat and clean.   The whole experience from start to finish went smoothly, and we are pleased to give King Builders our highest recommendation.

King bros. did a great job with our project from design to completion. They were very up front about the work needed, price and time frames. Each day the site was left spotless. Any issues or questions were discussed thoroughly before work was started. The addition has been in use for more than a year and all is just as we hoped. Great folks to work with. Great quality work. Probably could have gotten the work done a bit cheaper but the quality and the exeprieence made itr worthwhile.

Everything was excellent and they were prompt and came when they said they would come. There were no big surprises but a few crossover runs but a lot of that was due to the existing problems that weren't anticipated like when they took the siding off they found all kinds of damage that had to be fixed. There were a few things that went over what we had originally been estimated. The estimates were reasonable for the work we had done and they were neat. They were the neatest, cleanest contractors ever and I never had to worry about backing my car out and running over a nail that was left behind. They cleaned up and spent an hour after everyday that they were here cleaning up the site and making sure it was safe. They were great. The job took a little bit longer than I had expected because they are very small it's not like they have a huge staff. We actually got a couple of quotes and they were higher and again the professionalism that you got with them it was worth it.
