The experience could not have been more positive. The owner of the company and staff worked closely with us in designing the new home to the minutest detail. Their suggestions were helpful throughout the project and they sought our opinions on decorative details. They dealt with all of the details such as permitting, asbestos demolition, excavation, coordination with the utility companies, etc. Scheduling with subcontractors was excellent to keep the project moving along at a good clip. This project also included moving four substantial sized trees to save them which they moved back in place after the house was built. The site was graded and seeded and new driveway installed. The day to day workers seemed hard working and were always pleasant when we stopped by. The quality of the work is excellent. The punch list at the end of the project was almost non-existent and they were very responsive after we moved in and had minor issues or questions about the systems. The trim fitting was detailed and precise. The fireplace surround was exactly to our specifications. Master bathroom is handicap accessible and the roll in shower is beautifully tiled and superbly executed. Overall, excellent attention to detail, excellent professionalism and excellent craftmanship.
Description of Work: Demolished burned home and constructed new two story home on the property.

Skip did a great job. The chimney looked great. He was punctual, professional, and courteous. My issue with Keystone is that after about 5 years, the bricks started to crumble. I called him no fewer than 10 times over the next couple of years to come an take a look, but he never returned a single call. I will have to pay soon to have it re-pointed again. By now, the 10 year warranty is up, so I have no legal recourse. I just wish this turned out differently, because he seemed like a nice guy.

WE HAVE HAD AN EXPERIENCE WITH THEM BEFORE. THEY DID THE ADDITION ON OUR HOME. WHEN WE HAD PROBLEMS WITH ONE OF THE ROOMS ON THE ADDITION, WE CALLED THEM TO FIX IT. THEY'RE FAIRLY EXPENSIVE, BUT THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK IS GOOD.
Description of Work: WE WERE HAVING A MILDEW PROBLEM ON THE CEILING AND WALL OF OUR BATHROOM. THEY PUT TILE OVER THE CEILING AND WALL.
