I am so happy with the experience I had working with Michael Brown. Michael is nice, smart, proactive, responsive, professional, and offers great advice. Michael went above and beyond his responsibilities in order to sell my house timely, and for the right price. I would highly recommend Michael to my family and friends!

I wanted to ensure that people understand and know the breadth of how great Mike Brown is as an agent. So far, he has been available when we needed information from him. He takes the time to reach out to industry professionals to get a second opinion with out being asked by me. His initiative and actual dedication to helping me has impressed me beyond words. Mike has treated our transaction with a personal touch i don't think you are going to find with these big firms. He was there for the inspections of all the house items. Took careful notes of each defect and has been EXTREMELY VITAL to the process.  

Mike is not a real estate agent that is simply looking for the commission on the house. He is a legitimate and genuine agent. You are the quarterback and mike is the linebacker made of 600lb muscle. He helps block all the BS! In all seriousness, Mike Brown is the best d*** agent i have come across in my 10 years of multiple moves across the country. I cannot stress enough how grateful and lucky we are to have him as our agent!

We could relate to him as I too was once in construction. He was easy to talk to and could relate concerns to us fairly easily. He worked hard to get us a good offer and was very prompt to emails, calls and texts. I firmly believe Mike is probably one of the best agents I have ever come into contact with. He is very patient and professional with us.  If you are a young person or a veteran Mike can certainly help you!

We were looking for our first  home and after dealing with a few Realtors we finally met Mike Brown and we are glad we did.  Mike's patience with us  was wonderful as he knew we wanted the perfect home and were not in a hurry to find exactly what we wanted  .   Mike was easy to contact and always responded to our calls and emails quickly.  He was also willing to setup immediate showings of properties we were interested in.  His knowledge on the housing market was extremely helpful for us as first time home buyers. Mike's expertise helped guide us through buying a house with ease.  I highly recommend Mike as a Realtor.

Michael Brown helped me find the house that I purchased. I gave Michael my requirements in a home and a price range. He came up with a list of properties and explained the property tax differences between the counties. After viewing several properties I was able to afford much more home than I thought I could. Michael was able to advise me on maintainance and repair issues on these properties and had contractors provide estimates on needed repairs prior to making a decision.  Overall Michael Brown was an outstanding choice to assist me with a very important decision in my life and I would recommend him as a realtor and use him again to buy another property in the future.
