Sent in my information on their web page. I got a return call with a quote the following day and booked the service. They were booking a few weeks out. Not a problem. Got a call the day before to confirm the appointment, price and make sure the windows were closed. Appointment was scheduled for around 9 AM. The two man crew was working before 8:45. I should have taken before and after pictures. Anything green from the siding is gone. Gutters had crud all over them and were dingy. They look new. The guys also kept a social distance and would have masked up if that distance could not be maintained. Price for the house washing, gutter brightening and and tax came to $600. I would recommend H20 and have already given a neighbor their contact information.

Arrived exactly when they said they would. They were considerate and listened to my concerns, reassuring me regarding their process and explaining what could and couldn't be done. The pressure washing took a little less than two hours. If you look carefully afterward you can tell they paid attention to the details. We inspected the house afterward and everything looked good. Price seemed fair. If you're trying to find a company to pressure wash your house who have experience and take pride in their work, I'd recommend these guys. A couple of notes: 1. Afterwards, when the house is cleaned, you'll be comparing clean parts of the siding to slightly less clean parts and may be underwhelmed. I recommend taking before and after pictures of your house. I've attached some for my house to this review. The before and after pics really made me realize what a good job they did. (take some closeups of bad areas too) 2. Have realistic expectations. They are cleaning your siding, not replacing it. If the siding doesn't "sparkle" afterward, it's because the siding old (and oxidized), not because it isn't clean. 3. They call you the night before to confirm the appointment. If you can't make it, you can leave a check for them somewhere. All they need is access to an external faucet (they need a water supply)
