The carpet had not been cleaned in sometime and it came back looking so much better...good work! Further, furniture needed to be moved around and lifted to remove and re-lay the carpet, and Mr Barret was able to handle this expertly. And, the price was good.

Very good experience.

The same day I called, the owner came to my house and picked up the area rug. Within a week he brought it back and described what he did. He charged me less than he quoted me. The rug looks great and at that price I will do this again within a year.so worth it.

Tim Barrett, owner of Delmar Carpet Care, did an outstanding job restoring 3 oriental area rugs that had been poorly cleaned by another company that returned them to us  with  marks and discolorations including the fringes that we thought would never come out.   Our rugs are now fully restored to pristine, like new condition, and we couldn't be happier with the quality of Tim's work.  He came promptly, picked up the rugs and returned them within a few days.    He was just a pleasure to work with and we will call him for other things he does like cleaning sofas and chairs.

They picked up the rug and they put away, cleaned it and brought back.  They did not do the cleaning in the house.  They brought the rug back just before Christmas.  It was a reliable service, good price.  They worked on a rug that was water damaged and molding.  They cleaned it up and did a good job on it.  We will use them again.

I have used this service twice for my area rugs.  He did a fine job each time.  Very nice man.

This gentleman arrived on time to pick up the rugs and delivered them on time. Two of the rugs were very soiled and now look and smell like new. They were high quality area rugs, Karestan and others. He did an excellent job. He also did a great job shampooing the wall to wall carpeting in two areas of our home. There was a stain on one beige carpet that I did not think would come out. Even though it looked clean when he left, I thought it might show up again when the carpet dried. It did not. He did a great job!! I will definitely hire this very pleasant and professional individual again.

He showed up when he was supposed to, but didn't do that great a job about cleaning the carpets. They were pretty wet and didn't look that clean, so I think he could have done better.

I think it's great that they came right out and took the rug with them. They got the rug cleaned and returned to us very quickly and did an excellent job cleaning it. He has done work for us before and I highly recommend him.
