I've been using them since the 1970's.

We dealt with two of the vets at the hospital on our minor injury visit for a broken tail. One vet said it would heal on its own while the next vet that came in to see our dog said we must amputate (an expensive surgery). In the end, we went with our gut and bandaged our dog's tail and applied antibiotic cream for 2 weeks and it healed.
Next, dealing with putting our dog down the following year, we felt that once again the vet discussed two expensive surgical procedures before we had to bring up putting our frail, elderly dog down as being more humane than a long surgical procedure followed by questionable rehabilitation.
Overall, we felt that procedures were pushed more than simple, humane medicine.

We thought that their prices were a little high, so we tried somebody else. They are very responsive. One of the vets there was a little condescending. I brought her in because she wasn't acting right, and I was a new dog owner. They couldn't find anything wrong, and then four days later she definitely wasn't acting right and I had to bring her back and it cost me another $120. They could have found something while she was there the first time. It isn't something to knock them for, but I had to pay $120 two times.

They ware very thorough and caring. They work professionally. Their environment there is good. It is clean and efficient. They provide veterinary service to different animals especially to large ones.

They are very caring, very thorough and very responsive. She was sick so I called and they got her in that day. It is a pleasant environment and the staff is friendly and professional.

The veterinarians are all women and they are all good. Carrie O'Loughlin is a great diagnostician. She found a thyroid disorder in my cat without any tests, just by examining her. Their pricing is average. I have moved out of the area and unable to use them now as I live too far away.

We've been using them for a very long time for all our veterinary issues. They're very personable. They're very personal and they care a lot about you as a pet owner. They also care deeply about the pets. We lived in a small town and that being the case; they got to know us and our animals. It was all around just a great experience over the years when we were there. We have moved now to Florida. There were no complications at all with them. It's very easy to get an appointment with them. There was never any difficulty. They were just so great. We actually had to put two pets down and one of the places had an emergency hospital. They came up upfront and Delmar told us not to worry about it, and said that they would take care of it. They said that they would deal with us later on and told us not to think about money at the time. The only problem with them is that, they're only open from Monday through Friday, from 8 in the morning till 5 in the evening. So if you have something that occurs on the weekend, then you have to make your way to the animal emergency clinic which is very expensive. It was relatively far to the place where we lived. So they didn't have any weekend hours. So when we moved down to Florida, we looked for a place that had weekend hours. We will use their services again in the future if we live in that area again.

I very much appreciate the veterinarians there. Every time we go there it is fairly expensive. We've been going to these people through about 5 different pets so we're not going to change. We've developed personal relationships with at least 1 or 2 vets there and we've been through some hard times together. I respect their judgment, I think they are very professional and give really good care to the animals. I am satisfied with their service. Usually you can get an appointment fairly easy.

After checking in at the front desk, my dog and I waited just a short time before the vet came out and called us in. She took a few minutes to "chat" with our dog (Sadie) so that Sadie was able to acclimate to her. The examination went well, seemed thorough and was professionally carried out. The vet told me what she was checking as she went along as well as what she found on exam. She administered the vaccination for lyme disease, told me what to look for later that day (possible lethargy and soreness near the injection site) and accompanied us out to the front desk to check out.

They've been excellent! They are a little pricey. They get you in pretty quick, within a couple of days. They are very thorough and knowledgeable, and are very helpful.
