My computer had stopped working completely.  When turned on, it displayed a blank (dark) screen.  I thought it was a goner.  Computer Renaissance determined the problem was the random access memory.  They installed a new, larger memory.  Now the computer works great.  It's faster than ever.  I feel the  price they charged was very fair.

My desktop had been getting slower and slower to boot up, and eventually would not boot at all.
I took it to another computer repair outfit that diagnosed a bad video card and replaced it to the tune of $265. When I brought it home and plugged it in, it still would not boot up.
 I decided to take it to Computer Renaissance. They were extremely helpful and friendly, and appeared to really know what they were talking about. After 1 day, they called and said it was a bad motherboard. I went to talk to them about it, and contemplated buying a new computer...with the resultant loss of important files. They suggested that putting in a new motherboard would work, but I should be prepared to re-install some very important programs.
They called the next day and said it was ready, and when I went to pick it up, I found that they had replaced the motherboard, updated all the drivers, and the computer now ran better and faster than ever...with no loss of anything. It was like a new computer with all the original files and programs running perfectly.
I am extremely pleased with their work, particularly with their ability to correctly diagnose the problem and fix it in a timely manner, at a reasonable cost, without trying to sell me anything extra.
I cannot think of a better place to take a computer and know that I will be treated fairly and the work will be done correctly.

IT WAS ALL RIGHT. THERE WAS SOME PROBLEM THAT I HAD TO GO BACK TO THEM FOR AFTER I HAD IT REPAIRED. IT WASN'T LIKE THEY MANAGED EVERYTHING AND IT CAME BACK PERFECT. I HAD TO GO BACK SO IT TOOK LONGER THAN I EXPECTED AND IT WAS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN I EXPECTED.
