Called Mark and left a message and he returned the call almost immediately!  He said he could install the dishwasher, we set up a time and he was prompt and courteous!  A day or two later our toilet wouldn't stop running so I called Mark and he swung by and repaired it in no time!

Did a great job. I happened to be out when he came back the 2nd time to finish up some minor repairs. I've asked him to send me a bill and still haven't received one.

It went very well. Mark came at the appointed time to scope out the work and provide an estimate. He had a professional demeanor and used our time well. He set the work appointment for a week later, and arrived at the agreed-upon time. He and his crew did the work exactly as I wished. It appears to be of very good quality. The total for the jobs came in less than the estimate. I'm very pleased and plan to hire Bethlehem Home Maintenance again.

They were very good for first repair. Then after that, seemingly for no reason, they became very unresponsive, stopped answering calls and didn't follow up on a few other jobs that I had asked them to do when they finished the first job I hired them for.

Mark Burke very good, there is no job too big or small. He's very responsive and conscientious, he calls you back every time. He's fine and does good job. He's reasonably priced.

I called a very nice guy named Mark. He did come in, but I did not use him. We just decided not to do the work. I thought he was fine. He is a good general handyman. He was very responsible. He did recommend somebody else that we used for putting up wallpaper border and that worked out very well. I would use him again.

We own a house that was built in the late 1700's. Some day we would like to take it down and build our retirement home. Mark has held this building together so that we may enjoy it until we are ready for a major re-build. No small feat.
