 + -1 moreClark was a no-show for one month. I called him to complain. He responded by promising to do the work "late next week." He has not done anything; he has effectively stolen my money.
Description of Work: John Clark (All Cut Tree Service) agreed to trim one tree and remove two dead trees from my back yard. He offered a "discount" for paying prior to completing the job. I (foolishly) wrote Mr. Clark a check for $950, which he promptly cashed, in July 2009.
