We heard a drip in the downstairs bathroom and suspected a leak in the upstairs toilet. Turns out the person who put the new floor upstairs did not tighten the toilet in place.

Installer removed existing toilet and installed new one I provided. His fee was for labor, a new flange and wax seal. It was reasonable cost.
I liked the way he set the new toilet onto the tile floor using plaster, something the original one did not do. He worked alone, and I assisted in moving the new toilet onto the hole in the floor. The installation was within an alcove in the bathroom. I was a bit disappointed that the new toilet was not exactly squared off to the back wall. The result is that the toilet is turned slightly to one side--something that most people would not notice. However, it bothers me. When I brought this to the attention of the installer at the time of installation, the plaster had already set, so it couldn't be moved. In all, the installer did a decent job.

The guy came out very quickly which was good. He did not really solve the problem but that was because the problem was with my dishwasher and the plumbing.

He is the only person we call when we have problems. We can call him and he comes the same day or the next day for service. We called him and he was here within fifteen minutes. We waited over three weeks for our old plumber to do the job and he always told us he didn't have the part. Gary was here installing the faucet that we had been waiting on and our old plumber came by and we refused to let him in.We told him we would no longer be using him. We have been using Gary ever since. He done the job in a timely manner and it was finished within a two hour period. He doesn't dilly dally just to get more money. We will not use anyone else but Gary for our plumbing work.
