The service was very good. My lawn looked good.

Worked an average of 6 hrs daily - showed up a little after 9, started by 9:30 - lunch and breaks = 1 hour - then begin picking up for day's end at 3 pm. Gone by 3:30 - 3:45. Very inexperienced - no overall pattern for pavers , many laid in a straight line, no angles and not perpendicular. Started laying pavers in several different places all at once. Hoping to meet in the middle?? Well it didn't work. Took 11 weeks to finish job (worked into Nov.) said it would take 3 wks! Shorted out all my power when the jackhammer cord fell into my swimming pool!! Someone could have been killed. Did not TELL me what they did and left me to discover it long after they were gone for the day. That outside outlet still isn't working properly. Disgustingly used my family room half bath after lunch every day (at least 2 of them) so no one else could go near the room for hours. I could go on and on. Biggest issue is this spring my sun porch that borders the patio they installed floods severly every time it rains. They did no figuring for run-off, drainage or pitch. We have been in this house 14 yrs and never had a problem.Now when it rains, their patio becomes a kiddie pool and since they installed the pavers the same height as my threshold, they've completely ruined my room and everything in it. The insurance company and an engineering firm found them liable for the damages. Still waiting for it to be repaired. When notified of the issue, they were insulting, arrogant and blaming everything but their work for the problem. So unprofessional. Very cheerful and nice - glad handing all the way when we were paying out to them. The job speaks for itself. Come over and take a look. People who been giving me estimates for repairs just shake their heads. How is this scam company in business?? BEWARE!!!

They were easy to deal with. I have used their services several times. It took them about 2 weeks to complete the work. I wasn't here when they did the work and didn't need to be. They were very trustworthy.
