THE POOL HAD JUST BEEN INSTALLED WHEN I CALLED THEM ABOUT A LEAK. HE BLEW IT OFF AS CONDENSATION. WHEN I INSISTED, THEY CAME OUT AND FOUND THE LEAK. IT WAS LEFT TO ME TO GO PICK UP A NEW LINER. THEY ALSO DID NOT TELL ME THEY WOULD NOT DO THE DECK.

I FELT I WAS CLEAR ABOUT HOW TIGHT MY BUDGET WAS, AND WHAT I COULD AFFORD. I GOT AN INEXPERIENCED SALES PERSON WHO DID NOT LISTEN, BUT TRIED TO PUSH FOR A MORE EXPENSIVE PACKAGE. I FINALLY HAD TO ASK FOR SOMEONE WHO WOULD WORK WITHIN MY BUDGET.
