ULTIMATE IN POOL CARE INC

I brought a loop lock cover 9/11/2020. And told the installer it was wrinkled and we did not want the cover. The installer said it was going to go away after a few days of being installed. It was not it has gotten worse and in more areas, it has also become loose, not as tight as the first day. I called today and spoke to mark and was told that we need to pay $170 for them to come check the cover and to tighten it even though I have a 15 yr warranty. They care more about money than actually helping people. I would never recommend a loop-loc cover or do any business with this company. They instead told me to go to loop-loc company and use my warranty. AVOID THIS COMPANY THAT DOES NOT WANT TO HELP OUT THEIR CUSTOMERS. Once they have your money they will not want to help you unless you pay them even if it’s their fault

I had 4 other pool companies try to find a leak in my pool this summer and last summer. Each company told me a different story and yet never actually fixed it. Ultimate I Pool Care although extremely expensive found and fixed the leak. It took a few visits to finally figure it out. The guys were very professional and they really cared about finding the leak as they pride themselves on their work. Expensive yes, but in the long run worth it.

they started the job when they said they would and came in on budget.Not a penny more.
The guys who came to the house were professional and cared about the work they did.

First of all the quality of their work was superb. No complaints at all. However, the contract price for maintenance was greatly out of line with their actual billing. Each bill had add ons and the total for the season greatly exceeded my anticipated budget. Secondly their billing practices would shame any public utility. With the exception of last year I've maintained my pool for close to 40 years and
I know what things cost
In a nutshell if money is no concern I highly recommend them. I would love to be able to afford them. But when you get the proposed maintenance contract just be prepared to pay a whole lot more.

The repair was expensive, but worth it for a careful job, and especially when there weren't alternatives.

DID A GOOD JOB. WERE QUICK AND HAD EVERYTHING READY. THIS WAS A BUSY TIME OF YEAR FOR THEM, SO NOT AS RESPONSIVE.
