Svedi was referred by a neighbor...He was 1 of 4 estimates & highly competitive pricing. Installation was a breeze...when i called the office a few days before the install date to confirm as we had been w/o AC during a hot spell...Anna seemed to be already thinking about how she could move us up and did. Definitely a family operation...where you feel connected to the owner, not just a service man they send out. Would definitely recommend!

Anna who answers the phone and emails is phenomenal. On both projects (we had them install our mini split system about a year ago and this month an indirect water heater) the service from the first contact of getting the quote, to the installation, and the follow up customer service was top notch. As first time home owners, we have A LOT of questions. All inquiries were answered in a way we understood and delivered with patience. The pricing was competitive and I just cant rave enough about how responsive this company is when it comes to customer service. This is a family owned business that clearly takes a lot of pride in their company.

Superbly, without any problems for both the inital installation, and for the re-installation after the Sandy flooding! Complete debris and old AC removal as well!

All went well, easy fix, honest , reliable and quick

When I called for repair, the company was straightforward about availability. The serviceman came as promised. He did the repair, did additional service work and system checks, explained what he had done and educated me on how to care for a central a/c unit. Completely professional and reasonably priced.

Neat,punctual and fair priced

It is a 60-year-old house. They were very professional and very careful with the work. They did a beautiful job. It was very simple to deal with them. I made the call and they gave me the bid. I talked to some of my friends and they said that it was approximately what they would pay. I thought that the price was very good. They came quickly in a couple of weeks and did the job in a day. They left everything clean and nice in the house. I recommended them to my sister and she was happy with them too. They were really good with the follow up.

I called Joe at Svedi because I had an air conditioning unit that was leaking at the animal hospital I work at. We have a flat roof building with our AC units on the roof so the unit that was leaking was creating quite a mess in the hospital as it "rained" into one of my cage rooms and partially collapsed one of the drop ceilings. I was given an appointment within 48 hours of the call which is much better than the estimated response times from the other companies I called as it is their "busy season". Joe was very prompt, professional and worked very quickly to solve the problem. Although the hospital was open, he managed to stay out of our way as he worked and didn't disrupt any of our operations. In fact, our waiting room full of clients didn't even realize he was there! Within a half hour of arriving the leak had all but stopped (the remaining leaking being from the water still dripping from the structure under the AC unit). While he was there, Joe checked all 3 of my AC units, blew out the drains on all, checked the filters, cleaned out soaked insulation that had gotten sucked into the malfunctioning unit, drained the accumulated water from that unit, repaired one of the ducts that had become disconnected, and checked the airflow throughout the hospital. Within an hour of him arriving, everything was back to normal as if we'd never had a problem. All this and he was extremely pleasant to deal with as well as very fairly priced. We were so pleased with his work and with him that he will be doing all future maintenance and repairs for both of our hospitals and some of the employees (myself included) are planning on using him for our own homes. Highly recommended!!

Joe was on time, had all the necessary tools, worked efficiently and offered advice for maintaining the system. He cleaned the area when finished, was polite and informative about a pipe banging problem.
