The first team renovated our basement and garage, as it was destroyed by flooding. They were very efficient and professional. They arrived early in the morning and worked until late in the afternoon. Stellar Home Repairs was very patient with us, as we could not decide on which color to paint our house. He gave us all the time we needed to make our decision and we are all very happy with our choice. (I must say that John was very patient with us). Upon completion, they invited us to check everything was done to our satisfaction. I hired Stella Home Repairs about a year ago to install a new sleeve in my 3-story wood-burning fireplace chimney. They went above and beyond in fabricating an entirely new chimney cap which was shared with a gas fireplace flue. Recently, that gas flue began leaking when it rained and although it had nothing to do with the original work, they came back and resealed it. They stand behind their work and I highly recommend them.

Frank and Mike came in again after having cleaned my existing fireplace and chimney about a month ago. At that time Frank found I had a masonry chimney from my old water heater. Frank assessed it , and said I could use it for a pellet or fire burning stove. I decided on a pellet stove and had Frank and Mike come back in to install it. Great workers, both very pleasant, and personable, Their work ethic excellent, arriving on time, performing efficient effective service at a great price. The company quickly arranged both appointments. I am very happy with my new pellet stove, and my family and I will be quite cozy this winter.

I needed a chimney sweep for my fireplace and a quote on a chimney liner for my heating exhaust. Josh showed up on time and evaluated my two chimneys. I knew a few things that had to be done and Josh was honest and gave me a fair price. The work was completed the same day in a timely fashion. Very professional and courteous. They gave me a very good price for the work they had to do inserting a liner in my chimney from the wood stove. They also inserted a liner on my boiler the same day. Both men were very polite and friendly.

A $100 fireplace inspection was up sold to $2500 installation of a liner I'm not really sure I needed. The purpose of the contact was to have my chimney cleaned to insure safety through the winter. This was not done. I was told that for another $2000 I could have that work performed. Tech must return to install damper properly as it now is broken

They were very poliet and professional. They went on the roof and inspected my chimney. Took a picutre of what was currently there and explained the issue. Gave me a quote and was able to get the job done quickly

friendly, prompt service, slightly more expensive than local competitors but no wait time. After initial cleaning called back that night to arrange a second visit to finish cleaning out the stove pipe properly. Fixed the next day and in the end happy with the job.

The 2 men who came were very polite and professional. They took care to use a drop cloth near the fireplace area. They climbed onto my roof and inspected the chimney . They took pictures to show me the cracks and I approved the repair of them. They also took pictures afterwards and I was happy with the results. After sweeping the chimney, they suggested a brushed on coating for my heatilator fireplace insert to remove any residual stuff from the chimney. I agreed to have this done but it was quite expensive and I haven't really noticed any residual material falling down. I am suspicious of this process as it was expensive with no visible results.

Had a great Groupon offer, although the price on our invoice was $15 cheaper than what we paid for the offer. Friendly and accommodating but I did not receive status updates when the technician was running behind. I had to call to follow up. However, the technician worked outside of normal business hours rather than cancel so we were ultimately pleased that they were committed to fulfilling their appointments. Chimney was cleaned and looks great. No mess left behind.
