The stove they sold me was basically a lemon, the thermostat never worked correctly. I would wake up in the morning of a freezing cold night & it would have shut off when it was not supposed to. The thermostat would be set to 70° and the house would be 50°. The secretary told me herself that the manufacturer of the stove said she didn't file the correct warranty paperwork with them. Instead of fixing the problem they stuck me with the cost of their defective stove.

Bart in the showroom was knowledgable and helpful and Mike and Keith installing were great as well. The install went smoothly and looks great. Happy with our purchase.

Everything went great the price of the stove we brought was about the same everywhere we looked we needed a platform and a riser to go with it for our installation which made our costs go up.But from writing up our order to the girls in the office who called us to set up first an appointment for the installer to check out our house and go over the best location for the stove, then they had to order it and come back to put it in.both times the office set up a time and they showed up right on schedule . It was a good experience dealing with Sleepy Hollow Stove thank you all Sam

THIS IS A GOOD COMPANY. THE INSTALLERS ARRIVED IN A TIMELY FASHION AND DID THE JOB IN THE TIME THEY SAID THEY WOULD. IT TOOK HALF A DAY AND THE WORK WENT VERY WELL. I'M HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS.
