Gas line was installed but it was not to the standards set by National Grid. So I called Paul and advised what needed to get done. He made numerous promises to come back but each day another reason why he couldn't that day. After about 2 months, he finally came and did the work but I also needed paperwork to show NatGrid. He said he mailed it twice. When I didn't get it, he said he'd drop it off at my house. He never did. I offered to come to his job site to get it but he never gave me a location. I had to hire another plumber to finish the job. His work is good but communication is a real problem.
