No show. Horrible After I spoke to a gentleman about no one showing up for the first appointment He told me to again the next day when I returned from work which I did. Again no one ever showed up!
Description of Work: I called this company multiple times due to trouble I was having with my heat. I had heard good things from other customers. I set up a time and confirmed it for someone to come to my home No one ever showed up after many times of calling. Very unprofessional. Would NOT recommend at all

Gas line was installed but it was not to the standards set by National Grid. So I called Paul and advised what needed to get done. He made numerous promises to come back but each day another reason why he couldn't that day. After about 2 months, he finally came and did the work but I also needed paperwork to show NatGrid. He said he mailed it twice. When I didn't get it, he said he'd drop it off at my house. He never did. I offered to come to his job site to get it but he never gave me a location. I had to hire another plumber to finish the job. His work is good but communication is a real problem.
