Had been using this company for 5 years and spent a total of approximately $10,000 (new filter system, new liner, walk-in steps installation, safety cover order/installation, safety fence order/installation, vaccum service, openings/closings, etc.). During the walk-in steps installation 3 years ago, work crew deposited their debris (plastic water bottles,etc.) in the back-fill under steps as opposed to throwing away their garbage. Vaccum service, never re-starts filter - even when water levels are appropriate (mid-skimmer). And the last straw was for a safety fence adjustment 2 days before a family party with several small children this past July. After the manager of the company, Bob, reviewed the issue, he stated that there was a need to just install a washer to raise one of the poles supporting the safety gate. He left and did not bother to service claiming they did not have the part and would have to schedule a return visit for the following week knowing our situation required immediate attention. I would have expected after being a loyal customer and spending as much as I had over the course of 5 years that there would have been better customer service here. I immediately called up the service and gave them a piece of my mind. There was no call back, no apology, nothing. Then yesterday I received a phone call from their secretary asking to schedule my year-end closing as slots were filling up quickly. I informed them that I would be going elsewhere this year.

Ever since they did the work it hasn't worked. They then said I needed a new motor which I didn't. I called the people that used to do the work and they said pools 2000 inc left out a diffuser that was supposed to go in the motor. Also, they left a piece out of the filter, a PVC pipe to stabilize it. I ended up having to pay the other company another 134.00 and the pool has never worked better. The pools 2000 employee obviously had no idea what they were doing. I have called them multiple times asking for Bob and they always say he will be in later, getting the run around more or less. I want them to pay for what the other company had to fix after they left.

THE NEW LINER FITS SMOOTHLY WITHIN THE FRAME OF MY ABOVE GROUND POOL. I AM HAPPY WITH HOW LITTLE DISRUPTION THERE WAS TO THE AREA AROUND MY POOL WHEN THEY WERE DONE. THE LINER SEEMS TO BE A LITTLE MORE HEAVY DUTY THAN THE OLD ONE, WHICH IS GOOD.
