He is a local guy. He is professional, knows what he is doing, he is fast and courteous. He is everything you would want in a company. They are good, and responsive. Pricewise, they are at the same ball park, but the overall experience was very good.

They are honest, punctual and friendly to talk with. The owner's name is Nicholas and we last saw him recently to help me install a device on the furnace. It costed me about $125.

This plumber was recommended to me... I told him by phone exactly what I needed done. Installation of 2 new vanities including faucets, a new toilet installed, a new stackable washer dryer installed, a new dishwasher installed and a copper water line for an ice maker for my new refrigerator. When he arrived, I said that I told you already what I need done right? He then said yeah, 18 minutes 10 seconds worth! I said what are you planning on doing adding this to my bill? I didn't find a bit of humor in this dialogue! His comment was very insulting and unprofessional! After wasting not only days of waiting time for this appt. and having him and his son walk thru my home ....I was told he was working on estimates that weekend. What a surprise I never heard from him again! No way to do business! I don't recommend you waste your time, I should have passed this company by!

They came the next day after I called. The service was very good.

Nick installed a new bathtub when we remodeled our bathroom. He was flexible with our construction schedule and worked efficiently.

The estimate was too high and I did not end up using their service.

Mr. Lombardo was timely in his service, in understanding that we would not be able to use the kitchen faucet until the repair took
place. He was able to find the source of the leak and repaired it. He was very neat in his work and we were pleased with the out-
come. I would call him again if the need should arise.

We have used them for years and years and we have been very pleased. The work was fine. They are punctual and they are clean. They know what they are doing. Their price is fair. We will absolutely continue to use them.

My experience with him was very good and I was very happy with his work. He was very clean and very neat. He was here quite a while, but did not make a mess. They were here right on time too.
