THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO WEED MY FLOWER BEDS EVERY WEEK AND THEY ONLY DID ONCE A MONTH. THEY RAISED THEIR PRICES AND CHARGED ME FOR GAS WHEN GAS PRICES WENT UP. WHEN THE GAS PRICES WENT DOWN, THEIR PRICES STAYED THE SAME.
