Kleen Cut Irrigation is a family owned and operated business that has been proudly servicing Nassau and Suffolk County on Long Island New York since 1980. We are one of a select few IA Certified Irrigation Contractors on Long Island. These guys are top notch. I called to have 2 sprinkler heads and a ruptured line replaced. Within 5 minutes it was apparent Brian not only knew exactly what he was doing but had a genuine interest in solving any and all issues. It's a pleasure to work with a family owned business.

The job went well. I bought via Angie'sList, called them within and hour and was able to schedule my winterization for the next day. They called at the arranged time and showed as scheduled. The guys were friendly and took care of the system. Would use again.

Work was done very well. Kleen Cut Enterprises Inc explained that one sprinkler is broken and needs to be replaced in the spring. The owner shut down water, turned off the sprinkler system and run air through the system to insure that no water left.

Scheduled them to turn on and check sprinkler system. We were all set and they were a no-show. I called to see where they were. The owner let me know the guys were going t be late (2 hours after they should have arrived) and should be at my house in 2 hours, and he would call me back shortly. I waited 2 more hours and called back. He said they were on their way and never showed. I tried to get in touch with him and they did not pick up. I called back Monday and the owner said they would come out Wednesday. When they came out the owner was with them and told me how they were knocking and ringing the doorbell and how I was not home on Saturday. He did not remember the calls that we had on Saturday. To make it worse, the owner called me a week after they came responding to a voice mail I left 2 weeks ago saying they already came and he did not understand why I called. No idea the message was from 2 weeks ago when they did not show or call back.

"In response we were running late due to extra issues we encountered on other properties. We did call a number that was a Pennsylvania cell phone with no answer and left a message. We did speak when you called us on a local #. We explained and arrived at your home and there was no answer at the house. We then spoke and you told me you were in the back yard by the pool. We then returned and performed the services at a later date if you that unhappy why would you reschedule and let us do the work. Your wife never indicated there was an issue. Now we receive a "D" just quite a bit confused with the time line on your review the review was 5 [Member Information Removed]/2 months later but have a nice day anyway. Gary"

We absolutely love the service and you can't beat their prices. They are always on time and professional and provide high quality service. We've used them two years in a row now. And plan to continue using them. They always give use useful tips for maintaining our system throughout the season. Never sub out work. One of the owners is always on site when work is being done.

The experience I had with Kleen Cut was very positive. They were very skilled at both assessing the needs of the system and replacing what needed to. One thing that I appreciated was that I was given a tiered assessment of what needed to be replaced so I could better decide what work to be done without any pressure to do it all. Upon the completion of the job I promptly booked Kleen Cut for my sprinkler system close in October, well in advance.
