he was so terrible, nasty and such a liar this is only part of the story.the more we discussed what we unhappy with the nastier he got and would not fix issues, return calls or show up. i would tell anyone to stay away from this as he calls himself a "contractor" he is the worst!!!DON'T USE HIM WE PAID HIM TO GET RID OF HIM!!! AND THEN FIX WHAT WE NEED TO.
Description of Work: job started 3/24/11, estimated completion date to 15 days. job ended 6/25/ 11 in which we could not stand it any longer and wanted this contractor gone, despite our discomfort, we will fix in the future what we are not happy with.. kitchen remodel with nothing to special except to put in slider were back door was . all was going back to same location except that, cabinets were higher and crown molding, which he put two different kinds up and was annoyed when we said the wood does not meet up. and he needed to redo which was added on to our price by 400.00.all products came from home depot per his strong recommendation.he screwed up door ,granite , and cabinet measurements. he tiled a half a bath and was to put old toilet sink back. in the middle we decided to put in high hats as they ripped out the ceiling (not supposed to touch either as both were fine and had a bad experience in the past with a ceiling being removed other then for the contractors benefit for short cuts though it would be wonderful, he met us at home dept and i picked everything out in an hour or two. demolition was ok then it started. coming to my house as a side job at night from 4 -8 pm finally had to say ,stop we work and have children we need to feed (we discussed prior to the job the family had certain dietary needs that needed a kitchen and were very hard to accommodate).we were told he was working on a mansion that was not occupied, but be patient. we rented a pod to store appliances and tools per request.6 weeks in i was still using a toaster oven in my living room. he put down cracked and chipped tile ,one was down the middle almost but grouted, which i found after he told me how to clean. my husband and i went to home depot to learn how to clean the floor after it was grouted and he did not clean it (this is the rd tile floor in parts of the home we had done and it was never expected for us to clean after being laid) the grout in the bath room and on the floor was cracking a week after it was laid.
