John was quick and efficient. His fee was reasonable. He upgraded my electrical panel, and grounded all of the electrical outlets. I would hire him again.

Not a good experience and I do not plan on ever using John. Met with John for an estimate of the work which was upgrading my electrical panel from 100 amp to 200. He was a smooth and fast talker. I agreed to hire him because we wanted the job done and he seemed to know what he was doing based on how he spoke. Before he left he asked for half of the money (cash only) upfront to purchase the materials. He showed me his license and indicated that he would send me the estimate. We met on Wednesday and he was suppose to start the work on Saturday. By Friday I still did not receive the estimate or proposal for the work that he would be doing. He sent me a message indicating that he will be arriving on Saturday at 9 am. I again requested a detailed estimate for the work. Later on I received a very vague work order. John also indicated to me that the job would be a full day of work. John and his son showed up and started, now by 5 pm they were still working. I had an issue with the outside outlets not working. They told me to purchase GFI outlets. When I was on my way to Home Depot he asked if I could pickup some PVC cement glue. When I returned John installed one of the GFI outlets and told me he is not sure if it will work. However he did not charge me for that installation. Coming to the end of the day they were getting tired and seemed to be rushing. I inquired about the panel they are installing in addition to what warranty he provides on his work and his reply was? There is no warranty on electric work I am licensed and insured and if anything did go wrong I get sued lol. I told him I found that to be strange because the other electricians that came to give me an estimate all provided a warranty on their work. I even sent him a picture of the proposal to which John asked me to call him so he could tell me that the warranty the other company gave is because the material they planned on using is cheap and his materials are more expensive. And again reminded me that he installed one gfi outlet for free. As if to say I did that you just be quiet and let me do whatever I want and do not forget to pay me cash. I reminded John that he told me the job would take a day, I did not rush him to finish. In addition I am paying you your requested fee of $5500 all cash! I indicated to him that I am sorry if it seems like I am bothering him but I just would like the job to be done thoroughly. Please read and go from my experience Do not agree nor give any money until you have a detailed estimate indicating what you need done and make sure the job is fully completed before paying him. The gfi outlet did not work and he then indicated to my husband how he would return later in the week if he is willing to pay him $175 and hour.

John the owner was just amazing. Everyone with any electrical issue must call him. He’s very knowledgeable and understanding

He worked fast and did an amazing job.

John did not resolve our electrical issue and then sent us a bill for 15k. He promised to return our deposit several times and then decided to try to take the money and run. We are suing him but do not let this be you. Update: 11/29/2020 Beware of this guy and company. He is searching for businesses to extract large sums of money for unnecessary work. Do not forward him any money in advance and get everything in writing and signed. He promised my company a refund on 3 separate occasions yet never sent it. We are suing him and have reported him to the BBB.

John was very knowledgeable and walked through step by step what was needed to be done. He made sure the work was done professionally and clean.

Shouldâ ve gotten a quote first but needed emergency repairs to get power back. They came next day and updated me at every turn showing me what went wrong. Maybe it really was an expensive repair, but I shouldâ ve gotten a quote before hand.

He was honest. Did not rape me. My electrical drop needed to be rehung , I hit it with excavator. He gained a upgrade job.

Honest, fair, and helpful. They went to the store, got the fan we wanted and replaced it perfectly. Their quality was great and price was much less than we expected.

The workmanship performed was excellent, however I was given a very clear quote beforehand, but was charged far more than quoted afterward.
