Reliable and good

I hired them to do a few properties for me for Spring Cleanups. He seemed easy to work with at first. Was very responsive and communicated well. He also showed up on time, when he said he would show up. Then, when the first property was finished, I got a call from the homeowner stating he made a mess and there were several piles of sticks and needles left everywhere. I called him and simply asked if he left any piles at the property and he told me he did not, so I thought that was weird and I called back the homeowner. The homeowner told me again that there were piles everywhere so I had to go out and look myself. When I arrived, I took pictures of all the messy piles everywhere and sent them to Luca. Then was when he admitted he left several piles there and started getting very defensive and hostile. He told me he did not pick up the piles of needles and sticks because he assumed they would be used for **firewood** and threw a whole bunch of other excuses at me. However, thankfully, he came back to finish the work. From then on he got very hostile and aggressive towards me. It was not even 16 hours since he finished the work and he sent me a text saying **I need payment immediately** I paid him for work done and rid him of any more business going forward. Bad customer service.

Hired them on Thursday and they came Saturday. Very happy it was before Easter!!

Responded to my request for quote for spring clean-up of my front and side yards of my property. They scheduled the work fast within 2 days! Very agreeable and courteous to speak with. Price was good and fair as compared to other quotes I had received. They have new pro-equipment to get the work done right.

They were hired to cut bushes an shrubs. Unexpectedly, I was not home at time of service. Even though I had met with the workers prior to service a few bushes were overlooked. And the main trimming reflected worker inexperience.

They are a great team of young guys that really know what they are doing. They truly take care of their customers!
