Plumbing
The business owner and apprentice arrived on time and performed the work with quick dispatch. There were three plumbing issues, each of which I thought would need parts to repair; however, only 1 item required a new part (the running toilet). For the items that didn't require parts, they carefully explained to me what the problem was and in one case I would be comfortable handling it on my own should it occur again. They were able to resolve all issues in about an hour, taking care not to create any mess; in fact, after they left you couldn't tell that they had been there (not one drop of water, not one fingerprint) except, of course, that everything was working properly. I was sufficiently pleased with the service that I have already scheduled another appointment for a minor plumbing home improvement project.
