They sent me a cracked one that was obviously a result of an accident even though they said it was "tested". They blamed it on shipping which was BS. Even still it shouldn't matter because they provide a 6 mo warranty. Tried to get a new one but they keep stalling and now they won't even respond when I request a new one. DO NOT USE THEM!

I called the shop that morning, explaining that I either needed the plastic piece reattached or removed and needed the car back the same day. They looked at the car after lunch, while I waited, and reattached it with no charge.

The services that were performed were done in a timely manner while I waited for the car. Initially, I only went in for an oil change but the front brakes were wearing & would need to be replaced after maybe another 1,000 miles & I opted to have the job done sooner rather than later. I like my cars running in tiptop shape & E & T Auto Repair does that for me. I've been their customer for 23 years.

They are 100 percent. We've never had any problem with them. My wife just bought a new Toyota so we have door to door service so we won't be using them for 2 years because we don't have to pay anything. They are honest. We've referred people to them and they haven't had any problems. One friend drives all the way out there for service because they are good. There is nothing bad that I could say about them.

As usual, it went fine. I've been an E & T customer since 1984 and could not be happier with their expert and honest service thruout the years. Angelo, Neil, Jim and Junior are worth their weight in gold given the negative rep in general for the auto repair industry. I never have to worry if repairs are needed or not. Their friendly demeanor is a bonus.

He was excellent. This man was so honest. We had a Suzuki that was not running well at all and we took it to this man. He told us straight out that this car was going to take our money and you are going to waste your money, because the engine is blown and it is not worth it to fix. He was very good to us and I would highly recommend him to anyone. He is a really good man. He refused to take our money. I have never experienced that before. I liked the honesty and the way he checked the car out. The service he gave us was excellent and they were very reliable. My husband and I were both very impressed with them. You do not find that today, especially with a mechanic.

They are very thorough and professional. I say, I think I need this, but they say no... if I don't need that done. I trust them. I have been using them for 20 years. They have been in business since 1971.
