From the very beginning, Frank was always available via phone calls and emails for advise and recommendations in a prompt and friendly manner.  The job was done professionally with an eye to detail and perfectionism. Although we rarely hire contractors, since my husband has done most of the work in our house, we felt completely comfortable with the level of expertise and care taken by Frank and his "crew".  Unlike other contractors who leave mid-job and leave a mess behind, Frank's work was done as promised, with no interruptions/ no other jobs pending at the same time as ours, and each day they cleaned the entire work space in order to minimize any inconvenience. In all, we LOVE our new bathroom! We will use Definitive Home Improvements again when we need work done and we heartily recommend these genial, experienced professionals to all of our friends and Angie's List members.
