Very expensive. Needed to replace kitchen faucet as ours was broken. we bought a new one ourselves and just needed to have it installed. Simple job. First the charge $69 just top come to the house, and it is not included in the price if they do the job. It is on top of the job price. Since we were desperate (we have a holiday party this week) we had to have the job done. Took less than an hour. $638. This seems very expensive for less than an hour's work. Should have taken the quote and gone elsewhere but did not have the time to look for another plumber.

They had to open up the wall and solder a pipe. To make a long story short, the insulation caught on fire and they set my house on fire. Every part of the house had damaged. Was out of the house from Feb to Oct 2019. Over 100K. They started such a night mare for me and my family. I hope my insurance company went after them

The gas line shut off work was successful. However when the technician turned the gas back on, he blew the regulator on the gas line, causing a gas leak. I called Public Service. They shut off my gas for 12 hours, and then it took 3 visits from Public Service to correct the damage caused,

Great, Dave did the inspection ...then continued the work he felt was necessary..and as to his ability, professionalism, I will have him back. I also bought a contract that was sold to me by their direct manage team that set up appointments for throughout the U.S. Kevin at the Deer Park , Long Island office was extremely helpful to me, and understood my surprise that although the Telemarketers called to make an appointment” as soon as you can”... I later found out that there was a thirty day wait for the contract that covers up to $2000 credit, every 3 months ,, a $500 credit. HOWEVER, THAT TELEMARKETING TEAM WAS INSISTENT THAT I MAKE AN INSPECTION APPT AND ANY WORK DONE WILL BE PART OF MY CONTRACT. THE SALES PERSON MADE ME AN APPOINTMENT FOR THE REQUIRED INSPECTION 2 weeks before my contract Thirty Day waking period.

They were punctual and work was performed quickly and neatly. Quality of work itself was excellent. But they were way over-priced for a relatively small job. Also, if you refuse service you are still charged a fee ($89 at the time I used them) for the service call.

Not as terrible as an "F" give them the next one. So he saw what I needed in the toilet tank. I explained to them that there was a run on the toilet kept, the water just kept running into the toilet. There was a noise like something was overflowing in the tank. I had removed the cover for him, so when he came into the bathroom, I showed him what was going on. He said oh you need a new ball cock, I think that's what it's called, you can buy at a plumbing supply store. Then he turns around and tells me okay that's going to cost you $300. At the time I didn't think it was the wrong price, I had no idea what the pricing was like for this particular item. Then I said while you are here I have a leak in my kitchen faucet, so he goes to check that out and says I need a part replaced in the hot and cold water side, that's going to cost you $400. That seemed kind of expensive to me and he said why don't we just replace the whole faucet. He says he has a faucet out in his truck, can he put in a new Delta faucet. I had a Moet at the time. So he said between both jobs I'm doing for you here, the labor and the cost of the parts and all this and that, it's going to cost you $800 plus tax. And I paid it. I found out later on by talking to other people, that was a very exorbitant price I paid, you should try and get at least a partial refund from the company. I went back and forth with them for 2 weeks and I finally talked to someone in an executive position, let's put it that way. Who ever I spoke to the corporate office, straightened it out with them somehow and I got a full refund back. I would absolutely not use them in the future.

. He did the required work and both products are functional. I my estimation he lied about the price of the faucet sold through Home Depot saying it cost around four hundred dollars. Ichecked various models at their website and most cost between fifty five dollars and one hundred fifty or so. What a revelation! It pays to check these things before calling anyone first!!!

The plumbers are always prompt, and arrive in well equipped trucks. On the one occasion the necessary part was not on the truck, a quick phone call and the part was promptly delivered to the door so the work continued.

They were very good about giving me options on what I wanted to do to make a decision. I opted to rebuild my faucet and he ended up finding a lot of problems underneath the sink, including a leak that I didn't know I had. I ended up spending more money than I thought, but I had 2 problems fixed, one of which I didn't even know I had. He was here until about 5pm but he did everything properly and did a very good job. I would recommend them.
