Made the appointment, dropped the car off on the scheduled day, work was done, car washed and bill ready. I did have to take the car back a week later because the spare tire winch streched, but they fixed it quick as it was no big deal.

I was driving towards Dansville and the a light came on in my dash. I called on my cell and they said bring it right in. They gave me a loaner and fixed the issue. I came back in a couple hours and it was washed and ready to go.

I bought a POS van from them, I'm within my 60 day lemon law guarantee, they are refusing to fix! Had another Chevy dealership diagnose the problem in the first 15 seconds of being in the car, as well as an independent ASE certified mechanic. Wentworth couldn't find the problem after 3 days, and refused to fix. Called Chevy to file complaint currently in progress and also filing complaint with NYS Attorney General and DMV this afternoon. I shouldn't have to go through this much trouble to have a problem fixed that Chevy has issued a known service bulletin on. Gave me a filthy rental with broken windshiled wipers - very helpful in the rain, driving back to pick up a car they didn't bother to fix. Even the other Chevy dealer couldn't understand why they wouldn't just do the repair to show good customer service! Do yourself a favor and buy elsewhere, unless you want a nice big lawn ornament!
