The cheapest way possible to do any of the work is exactly what he did. If I had 3'' of molding to put in, he pieced it three times. He never did the finishing, there is a hole in my window screen on a brand new window. He left all of the construction debris in my barn. I have to pay someone to come back in and redo the foyer as it is simply terrible. The eaves outside have all started buckling. I have had to redo about 7-8 thousand dollars worth of work that this guy had screwed up. It's unbelievable how bad everything was done. It also took many months for him to get the work done in the first place.
