Patrick Long went out of his way to help us get our furnace running when we had been without heat for 2 days. Fortunately, it was a simple fix once he figured out what was wrong, and did not overcharge us.

I was having trouble getting my furnace to light. Patrick came in within an hour of testing a few things found my problem. Was able to get my part fairly quickly and have my furnace going normally again in no time. Would recommend.

We are so pleased with Patrick. He had the best price, best response time and best product with the best warranty. Our furnace died mid-October. Other heating contractors gave us an install date of late November and were a thousand dollars more. Patrick really came though for us and we're very grateful.

Patrick is polite, punctual, professional, and very knowledgeable. He is willing to travel quite a distance to help me keep my heater going through the winter. He also answered ALL the many questions I had about picking out a new HVAC system in the spring. This is a mobile home, and it is hard to find honest people to work on them. High Five to Patrick!

Very punctual & overall nice experience

Hello home advisor surfers; I can attest that the owner Pat is heads up on fixin' furnaces and thermostats, I had trouble with my furnace; it was not acting like it used to, it wasn't "Billowing" up long enough to create heat and it ran an awful lot, blowing not so hot air. I was also havin' trouble with my ancient thermostat. Pat came out and addressed my furnace problems and concerns ( he figured it out) He showed me what was wrong! We then made a plan to FIX things; Pat ordered the parts right there on his business phone. We scheduled a future appointment whereas Pat could come back out (1 hour drive). Pat courteously checked in via the phone a couple of times the day of the 2nd appointment, to update his arrival time (workin' on a hot water tank job before me) Pat arrived on time and had a really nice set-up (truck & smaller job style trailer) Pat had the "right stuff" with him and diligently worked on R & R my limit switches on the furnace & R & R my existing thermostat and installed a new programable thermostat. Pat went through my heating system with me, and showed me their proper functions and their proper performances My systems is now performing like it used to with a little bit of an upgrade with that new stat'. I am goin' to have Long Heating & Air Conditioning, (next spring)' install an AC system that will tap into my existin' duct work. Pat is a Very Smart Person! patrick is nice guy. does a great job but charged me a little more than roto rooter quoted me. roto rooter could have been same day service also but when he did get here he did a good job and was clean and thorough at replacing my hot water heater the hook up lines in and putting in new shut off valve. he was respectful of my home didnt wreck my walls in or out with new or old heater and i picked my water heater i wanted to go in he brought it to me. i didnt want super expensive or cheap model with short warranty. he didnt argue. very happy to have his help as a disabled person i cant fix it my self. he did a good job for me.

Patrick responded to my inquiry within hours & Set up a furnace maintenance appointment the next day. Patrick arrived on time & it soon became apparent he â knew his stuffâ as he performed a thorough inspection. He was personable, skilled and did not attempt to convince me any unnecessary work was called for. The cost for this service was very reasonable and I look forward to using him again when the need arises. I highly recommend. Bob C
